Course Description

This programme is designed for people who wish to learn how the law and regulation impact the running of a business and who wish to develop policies and procedures which comply with current legislation.

The objectives of the course are to:
•Describe the legal framework within which workplace law operates
•Examine the legal framework in which employment of people operates
•Analyse the impact of law on the relationship wit clients and customers
•Understand the range of health and safety legislation which impacts on business operations

Students will study four modules, all of which have been designed to equip learners with a more in depth knowledge of the legislation surrounding the workplace.

It is suitable for individuals who would like to develop their knowledge of health and safety, customer relations, employing people and much more!

Module 3: Customer Relationships and the Law
Module 4: Health and Safety and the Law

Previous Knowledge

There are no formal entry requirements and no previous experience is required to take this course.

Assessment

Each element is followed by a written assignment, which is submitted and then marked by your tutor. There is no external examination required.

Awarding Organisation

At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement by ABC Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the details of all the units you have completed as part of your course).
