NCC Home Learning is one of four businesses nominated in the category “Business Education Collaboration Award”.

NCC Home Learning will go up against three opponents for the award, Liverpool John Moores University, Bibi Interiors and LILA. The E3 awards are designed to recognise successful and innovative businesses from all sections of the North West community. The E3 Business Awards focus on enterprise, education and employment – the three Es are vital to the regeneration of the region’s economy.

Hundreds of business nominations were sifted through to find the best businesses in each category. 1EM director Shakeel Desai notes, they are very happy with the results. “It’s perhaps a cliché to say this but the standard of entries really was exceptionally high,” He said. “What was perhaps most surprising was the extent of some companies’ inventiveness and the sheer scale of their growth at a time when we are told the economy is still recovering only very slowly.”

NCC Home Learning MD, Tony Smith said, “NCC Home Learning is delighted to be recognised for its contribution to education in the North West. We work extremely hard to provide the best service possible to our customers, and to see the hard work rewarded with a nomination for such a prestigious award is a great testament to our business. Our focus is on growth and business development, so to be associated with the E3 awards is fantastic.”

Let’s hope NCC Home Learning emerges victorious and brings home the award! The ceremony will be held at Bolton’s Reebok Stadium on Thursday 7th February at 7.00pm.
