Wednesday 12th March 2014 is National No Smoking Day.

This year’s theme is ‘V for Victory’ in the fight against smoking. Did you know smoking is the biggest killer of people in the United Kingdom?

Are you aware that cigarettes contain around 4,000 chemicals? There are a number of secret ingredients contained in cigarettes that some people don’t even know are there. Would you be casually smoking away if you knew what was really inside your cigarette?
