    Would definitely use again!

I am almost finished my Level 3 Teaching Assistant Course and have really enjoyed it. The tutors have been really helpful, answering any queries or questions I have quickly, explaining (sometimes quite a few times) areas I was struggling with, even phoning me to explain in more detail when I was struggling with how to write my observations.

I have already recommended this course to my friend at work who has just started it and if I need to do any other courses in the future I would definitely do them with NCC Home Learning :)

Great way to learn and fantastic support

Ever since I started the course, the help available has been very supportive. Both positive and negative feedback has been very constructive and has helped me in the rework needed in resubmission and passing the module. I would recommend Sally Swift and Juliette Taylor to all future users of NCC.

The most convenient way to learn

Nearly at the end of my L3 Supporting Teaching and Learning course. When first seeing the modules, a little overwhelming at first, been out of studying for an awful long time. The folder is well set out and has all relevant information to get you started, how to reference your work, how to do bibliography which is of great help if you haven't studied for a while like me. I found questions hard to understand at first because of the wording but once I got into the course this became easier but it is L3 so to be expected.

The course content is thorough and helped me gain a lot of knowledge and helped me understand and be more involved in my role. All coursework has been sent by email, Sally and my tutor have made this easy for me. Emails are responded to promptly and coursework marked within a reasonable time. Convenient, can study at own pace with guidelines for when modules due but no pressure to meet deadlines. Would definitely do another course with NCC and would recommend.

    Career changing!

I began studying with NCC Home learning to prepare for a career in teaching.

I have gained extensive knowledge on child development and teaching approaches, I could never gain in the classroom and feel my writing skills have improved, to a degree standard, because of the support I have received.

I feel I was accepted to attend university, to study my PGCE, because of this course, as I’ve been taken more seriously, than in previous interviews because of the knowledge I’ve gained with NCC. My teaching has improved and I am more confident in the classroom because of the help I have received.

This experience has been life changing for me, as my dream career is now becoming a reality.

I would advise anyone looking to broaden his or her horizons to look into what NCC has to offer. This course will definitely not be my last with NCC as the tutor support and wide range of courses make it great value for money.

    Thank you NCC Home Learning!

    Enjoying the course!

I am enjoying the Supporting Teaching & Learning in School course, I like having the flexibility to complete the course when it suits me. It would help to be able to speak to an advisor/tutor over the phone if I am struggling in some subjects to get a quicker response than on email at times.

    Can really recommend

I have really enjoyed this course and I received a really well presented NCC Home learning book when I started the course. The home learning phone number and email means that you can always get support with your course should you need it. My tutor Lucy O’Donoghue has promptly responded to any queries that I have had with regards to the course and sent back marked work within a few days sometimes on the same day. Sally Swift has also been very helpful with any queries that I have had.

I can really recommend using NCC Home Learning and I may well use them again for any future courses, myself once I have finished my current course.

    Highly recommended

As a working parent the online course has been perfect, I could do as little or as much as I could each week depending on other commitments. NCC have been really helpful with quick responses to my questions, even though I had 3 different tutors this did not affect my workflow. Thank you, I have already highly recommended your company to colleagues and friends.

    Will definitely recommend NCC

This course was my first experience of studying via distance learning. Initially I found it difficult to have no face to face contact. However, the feedback received from my tutor was extremely helpful and I was always able to ask any questions via Sally Swift who promptly passed them onto my tutor Kerry Steele. I then found it much easier to settle into the content of the course. Both Kerry and Sally were very helpful and supportive and I will consider undertaking a further course in the not too distance future. Thank you, I will definitely recommend NCC to anyone I know who is considering undertaking a qualification via distance learning.
