NCC Home Learning: Learner Survey Results 2011

NCC Home Learning have continually reviewed learner feedback during the last 12 months and would now like to share our excellent results with remaining learners and potential customers.

Feedback is gathered during the course at regular intervals and the results stated below are taken from learner surveys completed at the end of the majority of NCC Home Learning programmes.

97% of NCCHL learners surveyed either agree or strongly agree that Distance Learning is an effective method of study.

99% of NCCHL learners surveyed either agree or strongly agree that they learnt a lot while studying their chosen NCCHL programme.

99% of NCCHL learners surveyed either agree or strongly agree that they found the feedback from their tutor useful for completing their NCCHL programme.

97% of NCCHL learners surveyed either agree or strongly agree that they enjoyed their NCCHL learning programme and would recommend both NCCHL and their learning programme to a colleague.

99% of NCCHL learners surveyed either agree or strongly agree that the programme materials are easy to follow.

97% of NCCHL learners surveyed either strongly agree or agree that the course materials contain sufficient information to complete the course.

97% of NCCHL learners surveyed either agree or strongly agree that the programme materials are attractively designed and laid out.

97% of NCCHL learners surveyed either agree or strongly agree that the objectives of the programme are clearly stated.

99% of NCCHL learners surveyed either agree or strongly agree that the programme provided them with a good understanding of the subject.

92% of NCCHL learners surveyed are interested in completing a further NCCHL course.
