Very happy with my experience so far. The set up was quick and easy. The course materials arrived quickly. My tutor Julie is always quick to respond and very helpful and friendly. I haven't got a bad word to say about NCC at all. When I'm finished with my course I will be looking at what else I can do with them.

I would totally recommend anyone joining NCC!

I have not needed to study anything for many years and have recently started the level 3 in end-of-life care as I work in a Hospice. I have very limited IT skills so when I called the help line today, I was so happy to be able to speak to someone who not only had a sense of humour but was willing to go the extra mile for me to help me through. It was a refreshing change to have such happy and willing service and it will absolutely make me want to call again if I have any further difficulties although I’m not sure the poor lady will appreciate it hahaha I originally enrolled on this course around 18 months ago but unfortunately got breast cancer shortly after and was unable to study for a year but they were so understanding and happy to extend my course for a further year to give me chance to complete it. They really do see a human at the end of the phone not just a number, I would totally recommend anyone joining .

I started studying in October with NCC, its so affordable and the monthly payment plan is great way to pay while you study! The courseworks easy to follow and my tutor has been fantastic.
