Bookkeeping is a fulfilling and logical profession, many students feedback that they find it extremely relaxing. This course will take you through every step of bookkeeping to prepare you for the ICB Level III examinations. The ICB are the world's largest Bookkeeping institute with over 150,000 members worldwide. Prince Michael of Kent is the patron of the ICB, adding credibility and further value to the qualification.
Once you have completed this course you will be ready to take the ICB Level III Bookkeeping examination. The ICB are the "Institute of Certified Bookkeepers." Once the exams have been successfully completed, you are qualified to start work as a certified Bookkeeper and apply to become an Associate member of the ICB, this enabling you to put the letters A.I.C.B after your name, you can also apply for a practicing certificate to enable you to work self employed.
The course covers the requirements of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers Level III in Manual Bookkeeping. On successful completion of the course you will gain an official ICB level III certificate.

Previous Knowledge Required
Candidates must have achieved the following ICB Bookkeeping examinations, or gained exemptions from them, before they may apply for the Level III Manual Bookkeeping qualification:
Candidates must also have completed an ICB Level II Bookkeeping examination within the last two years and additionally hold valid student registration.
Support
Full tutor support for 12 months.
Assessment
The course will take the form of a series of written assignments which are submitted and marked by your tutor. If you wish to gain the formal ICB qualification you will also need to sit an exam at a local test centre; these exams are held 3 times every year in March, June & October around the world and are required to be organised and paid for additionally by the learner.
