Sales Executive - Conwy



We are looking for a full-time experienced Sales Executive to join a well-established successful business, working as part of a small team in our Conwy office.

At NCC Resources you will:

  • - Make outbound sales calls

  • - Grow with our business and become an integral part of the team

Salary & Benefits: £14,500.00 per year + uncapped commission, twenty days holiday + bank holidays during a full years’ employment & employer pension contributions.

The expected target earnings are £20,000 with a basic salary of £14,500. Commission is however, uncapped - the earning potential for top performers can be £30,000+. In addition, we also offer a pension scheme following a qualification period and twenty days’ holiday + bank holidays during a full years’ employment.

Customer Service Administrator - Conwy

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work in our Conwy office. Working directly with our customers, your main focus will be to ensure they receive outstanding support whilst studying with us, from the moment they enrol until they complete their course.

At NCC Resources you will:

  • - Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls from customers
  • - Make the customer onboarding process as smooth as possible
  • - Be the link between our tutors and learners
  • - Gather feedback and testimonials from our students
  • - Assist collegues in carrying out tasks
  • - Practice outstanding customer service at all times

Job Type: Full-time or part-time

Salary & Benefits: £14,500.00 per year (pro-rata), twenty days holiday + bank holidays during a full years’ employment (pro-rata) & employer pension contributions.

For this role we are happy to offer part-time hours (to work around childcare for example). The role requires a minimum of 27 hours per week, to be worked within our office hours (9am-5pm).
