Admin Assistant (Part-time) - Conwy

We’re looking for a part-time admin assistant join our team and play a key part in the continuing growth of our successful company.

Previous office administration experience is essential for this position.

Location: Home based initially then working from our Conwy office in North Wales

Salary: £16,500 per annum (pro-rata)

Hours: Part time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 1pm

Benefits: Company pension scheme, 21 days holiday + bank holidays (pro-rata), childcare vouchers, ride to work scheme.

The Role

You’ll be part of the admin team, responsible for supporting other departments within the business and contributing to the smooth running of our operations.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Provide support to our customers over email and telephone
  • Support the sales team by logging and preparing orders
  • Maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure our information is accurate
  • Carry out photocopying, shredding, scanning and other general administration
  • Handle incoming post and process outgoing mail
  • Perform day to day administrative duties in line with business goals
  • Grow with our business and become an integral part of the team

The Person

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a minimum of A-C GCSE English and Mathematics
  • Has previous experience working in an admin role
  • Confident individual, and happy to pick up the phone and speak to customers
  • Superb listener and communicator with excellent written English
  • Reliable and friendly
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proactive and hard-working, showing initiative and working autonomously when needed
  • Great IT skills
  • Open to challenges and willing to work across all areas of the business where needed

Whilst the role is initially home based, you will receive daily training and support from your manager and team to help you settle in.

The role will be based in our Conwy office when it’s safe to do so, therefore you will need to be within commutable distance to Conwy.

We will provide a PC and a desk phone, the minimum requirement is a broadband internet.

Basic salary is £16,500, pro-rata.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9am -1pm (negotiable).

Sales Advisor - Conwy

We’re looking for a driven sales professional to join our team and play a key part in the continuing growth of our successful company.

Previous sales experience in a commission-based role is essential for this position.

Location: Home based initially then working from our Conwy office in North Wales

Salary: £14,500 per annum + commission

Hours: Full time, Monday - Thursday 9am -5pm, and Friday 9am to 4.30pm.

Benefits: Company pension scheme, 21 days holiday + bank holidays, childcare vouchers, ride to work scheme.

The Role

You’ll be part of the sales team, responsible for bringing in new business to both our B2B and B2C sides of the business.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Convert inbound phone and email leads using a consultative approach to the customer’s needs
  • Meet and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities for the company
  • Maintain a continuous sales pipeline through outgoing phone activity
  • Up-sell and cross-sell to increase revenues
  • Log all activity in the CRM
  • Play an integral part in the development of internal sales systems
  • Promote the brand feel and culture

The Person

The ideal candidate:

  • Willing to strive every day to hit sales targets by being proactive and hard working
  • Motivated by earning commission to maximise earnings
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and hunt new leads
  • Superb listener and communicator with excellent written English
  • Good organisation and administration skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time during the day to complete activities

Zend Framework Developer - Conwy

Location: Riverside Business Park, Conwy

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent upon knowledge and experience

Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday

We are looking for a highly skilled Zend framework developer to join our education ecommerce team. This member of staff will lead the development of our web platforms, delivering features and functionality to our:

  • Proprietary LMS platform, serving thousands of users daily
  • WordPress and Magento ecommerce websites
  • CRM system

The right candidate for this role will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Expert on the Zend Expressive framework
  • Ability to Analyze, debug, and test code
  • Writes well-engineered source code that complies with accepted web standards
  • Highly skilled in responsive web site development using PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript & jQuery
  • Understanding of relational databases, particularly MySQL
  • Good eye for UI across desktop and mobile devices
  • Lives and breathes web development and can demonstrate this through products or projects that they’ve worked on
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
  • Able to take direction and to work autonomously
