Regardless of where someone sits on this scale, a difference in how we think and learn can have a big impact on our lives.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Many people with learning difficulties find they have more trouble socialising and learning than their peers, which can hugely affect self-esteem and confidence. But if you have a learning difficulty, it\u2019s important to recognise that you aren\u2019t alone, and with the right support, you can succeed on the same level as everyone else.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In fact, some of the most famous names in TV, music and sports have learning difficulties and have found different ways to overcome the challenges that they have been presented with. We&#8217;ve decided to take a look at some of the most well-known celebrities with learning difficulties &#8211; you might be surprised which of your favourite celebrities struggle with conditions like dyslexia, ADHD and OCD.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>The difference between learning difficulties and learning disabilities<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before we start, it\u2019s important to understand the differences between learning difficulties and learning disabilities. Sometimes people get them mixed up, but they aren\u2019t the same thing.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a person has a <\/span><b>learning difficulty<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, it means that they have problems processing certain types of information. Examples of common learning difficulties include ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a person has a l<\/span><b>earning disability,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> they might struggle to understand complicated information, learn new skills, and look after themselves. People with learning difficulties can find <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncchomelearning.co.uk\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">online training courses<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> particularly helpful to achieve their learning goals.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Know where to ask for help. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It can be hard to ask for help &#8211; but if you know where to go, you will find it.
