Awarding Body

The certificate award is gained from your successfully completed coursework so there is no exam to complete.

On successful completion of this course, students will be awarded the Open Awards Level 2 Web Design & Construction Award.

This is a Level 2 certificate Award (Comparable to working at GCSE or NVQ Level 2) and has 6 Open Award credits. Open Award Credits can be accumulated with other course or unit credits over a period of time which can lead to an accredited qualification.

The certification is issued through Open Awards. Open Awards is recognised as an awarding organisation by the qualification regulators ('regulators') for England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The regulators are the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual) in England, the Welsh Government (Qualifications & Examinations Regulator in Wales) and the Council for Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (CCEA) in Northern Ireland.
