Course Description

Valuing Diversity in the Workplace

Valuing diversity in the workplace is about adopting best practice management techniques and promoting good working relationships. This programme is designed for people who wish to gain an understanding of principles and practice of Valuing Diversity in the Workplace.

We live in an increasingly diverse society which makes this an extremely important and topical concern for the workplace. The Diversity in the Workplace course helps to examine and understand the legal, regulatory and ethical considerations brought about by these changes and learn how to promote a positive attitude towards adopting, encouraging and managing diversity.

Upon completion of the Valuing Diversity in the Workplace course, students will have adopted the knowledge to examine the legal, regulatory and ethical considerations brought about by the changing society within which we live and to promote best practice in adopting, encouraging and managing diversity.
