Course Description 

Cabin Crew Operations  Course The Certificate in Cabin Crew Operations is intended for anyone considering or currently employed in a cabin crew role in the air travel industry.

The aims of the programme are to enable students to develop the skills to carry out airline cabin crew duties, such as verbal communication, pre and post flight duties and team working skills effectively. In turn, a secondary aim is to help students intending a career in air transport industries to gain practical and relevant skills, which will enhance their employability.

Upon completion of the Cabin Crew Operations course, students will have adopted the knowledge for time management and planning, airline jargon terms, the layout of an aircraft cabin and how to deal efficiently with passenger needs and requests.

Previous Knowledge Required
