Course Description
Passenger service agents provide assistance and related customer services at the ticket counter, gate and baggage areas, and concourse of the airline they serve. Duties include servicing customers by performing meet and greets, check-in, aircraft boarding and deplaning, ticketing, baggage service, making boarding, deplaning and public announcements, providing connecting flight information and direction assistance, and handling unruly, upset, or angry passengers.
This course is ideal for anyone considering, or currently employed in, a ground crew passenger service role in the air travel industry. The course enables students to develop the essential skills needed to carry out airline passenger service agent duties effectively. The course also promotes practical and relevant skills which will enhance employment opportunities within the industry.

Previous Knowledge Required
