Course Description

Airline & Airport Conflict Management Course Working in the airline and airport industry can now be a very confrontational career, as more and more people are using airlines on a daily basis, from short inland trips to long haul flights. Either way, if a passenger misses their flight or circumstances beyond the airlines control, such as bad weather, meaning they will miss an important meeting or occasion, tempers can flair and airline and airport staff must have the skills and confidence to deal with these unfortunate situations.

Learn to deal with confrontational and sensitive situations confidently. Develop the skills necessary to deal effectively with conflict in your workplace. The Airline & Airport Conflict Management Course enables existing Cabin Crew and those looking to start a career in this field to understand and handle conflict situations through deploying appropriate methods.

Upon completion of the Airline and Airport Conflict Management course, students will have adopted good listening techniques, negotiation and problem solving techniques, mediation and crisis techniques along with personal self development, to name just a few.

Our aim is to provide you with the best deal available, therefore registration fee, certification fee and full tutor support is included in the course price for you.
