This course is a paper alternative to our online Food Hygiene course. As most food poisoning cases are caused by simple mistakes, training is universally recognised for its vital role in improving standards of hygiene and meeting your customers’ demands for safer food. And, because UK law now requires “…all food handlers to receive instruction/supervision and or training in food hygiene matter…” there has never been a better time to act.
