safer food for all course

Course Description

Safer Food for All is an innovative and outstanding distance learning training pack specially designed to meet your legal training obligations and is commended by the Royal Institute of Public Health. This course is a paper alternative to our online Food Hygiene course. As most food poisoning cases are caused by simple mistakes, training is universally recognised for its vital role in improving standards of hygiene and meeting your customers’ demands for safer food. And, because UK law now requires “…all food handlers to receive instruction/supervision and or training in food hygiene matter…” there has never been a better time to act. This Safer Food for All home learning pack complies with the legal training requirements of UK Food Hygiene Laws, is commended by the Royal Institute of Public Health for having outstanding quality and merit as an open learning course, and is cost effective and flexible – candidates can learn at their own pace without having to attend classes or pay expensive tuition fees. Your Safer Food for All pack will contain a candidate learning guide – explaining how the pack should be used, eleven sections fully covering the syllabus of the nationally recognised CIEH and RIPH certificates, exercises and puzzles with room for students to write answers, photographs and cartoons to make the pack more interesting and fun, answers to exercises to give help and reassurance during learning, tutor contact details, an examination to test candidates understanding at the end of the course and a training record to track students progress as they learn.
