Course Description
Develop the skills needed to organise and supervise successful functions and increase your employability within the hospitality sector. The Supervision - Guest Services course has been written for those currently working in or looking to work in the hospitality industry. The programme looks at preparing for an event and how to work with and supervise teams of colleagues. You will also study Silver Service and look at maintaining a hygienic environment throughout your event.
Our aim is to provide you with the best deal available, therefore registration fee, certification fee and full tutor support is included in the course price for you.
Previous Knowledge Required
The good news is that no prior learning knowledge or experience is essential to take this course. This course is openly available to anyone wishing to learn more about supervision and would like to take part in a highly rewarding home study course. You have the freedom to start the course at any time and continue your studies at your own pace for a period of up to 12 months from initial registration with full tutor support.
Support
You will be provided with comprehensive materials designed to provide you with everything required to complete your course of study. You will have your own dedicated tutor who will guide you through your course work and answer any questions you may have. Additionally our Help Desk will provide you with any practical advice by email or phone.
Assessment
The ASET certificate is gained by successfully completing five tutor marked assignments.

Awarding Body
ASET is recognised as an awarding body by the relevant Government agencies and departments including QCA (Qualifications and Curriculum Authority) and DIUS (Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills) in England and by the equivalent bodies in Wales and Northern Ireland.
