Shipping Information

NCC Home Learning endeavour to deliver all course materials within 10 working days, however please allow up to 28 days, especially if orders are placed from outside of the UK.

Shipping costs are as follows:

UK - £9.99
Europe - £26.99
Rest of the World - £45.00 by courier

Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel an order. Provided the Goods remain unopened and unused, you have the right to cancel the Contract within 7 Working Days of having received the Goods. If you want to cancel then you must write to us at The Woodside Centre, Catchdale Moss Lane, Eccleston, St Helens WA10 5QJ or email us at support@ncchomelearning.co.uk to inform the Student Support Team that you are returning your material to us.

If you cancel, then you must return the Materials to us and must take good care of them until you do so. Upon receipt of returned materials at NCCHL and on condition they have not been damaged or marked in any way, then you will receive a full refund, minus the cost of postage and packaging (if you chose to pay by instalments then we will also deduct the administration fee). Exception applies to all Nail Courses (EN 163, 164, 177, 178, 179, 180) where the buyer will receive a refund for the amount of the Contract price (if any) that the Company has received in cleared funds from the buyer in respect of the goods less a handling fee of £49.99 used for the repackaging of the product.

Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, you will not have the right to cancel by giving notice of cancellation for the supply of computer software if they are unsealed by you or for the supply of online courseware which has been accessed by you

If you wish to transfer to a different course, we may at our sole discretion agree to such transfer. If we agree that you may transfer to a different course, we will transfer the fees paid for the Distance Learning Package you wish to discontinue towards the amount payable for the new course provided that we receive payment from you for the balance of fees due in respect of the new course (if more expensive than the discontinued Distance Learning Package).
