Course Description

This programme is designed to introduce the student to a variety of areas related to the use and misuse of a wide range of drugs, including both legal and illegal substances. It helps to develop increased understanding of these issues and the possible responses and interventions.

The Level 3 Counselling Diploma is a practical and stimulating course, ideal for individuals with no prior counselling knowledge. The course will help you develop the skills you need in order to work on a one to one basis with people in need of help, guidance and support. The Counselling Diploma offers deep exploration and a step by step guide to work through the whole process of counselling from the initial meeting through to the end of the counselling relationship.

Awarding Body

At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Level 3 NCFE certificate of achievement. That means that it is independently accredited at a level of learning equivalent to Level 3 on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) for England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
