Reflexology is an alternative therapy, which can also be known as Zone Therapy. Refexology focuses on the hands, feet, and even ears with use of a finger thumb or hand gently applying pressure to the specific area. It is believed that Reflexology originated in China around 5000 years ago.

Assessment
The Reflexology course assessment takes the form of a series of written assignments, which are submitted and marked by your tutor. There is no external examination required.
