Course Description
This Managing Food Safety Level 4 qualification is ideal for personnel with responsbility for the following jobs and functions: Quality Assurance, Production Managers, Owners or Managers of Food Businesses, Supervisors with intermediate food hygiene knowledge , Hygiene auditors, with options for Managers in Catering or Manufacturing settings.
This Level 4 Certificate follows the RSPH syllabus, meets relevant National Occupational Standards and includes Government guidelines for healthy eating. It also meets UK/EU Legal requirements.
This Managing Food Safety Certificate is certified to UK Level 4 Standards regulated by OCN.

Previous Knowledge Required
