Legal Secretary


Legal Secretaries are a vital part of any legal firm and can earn generous salaries for doing an interesting job that they love!

The course looks at subjects including, working in the legal environment, the courts and dispute resolution, sources of law, principles of liability, principles of debt recovery and aspects of non-contentious work.

The courses consists of 6 modules, all detailed below.

Support

The course is designed for study by distance learning at home or at work. Students will receive all course materials by post or online, plus tutor support by email.

You will send your work back to your personal course tutor for them to mark and return to you. On successful completion of the course you will be awarded your certification.

 

Assessment

The Legal Secretary course is assessed by a series of written assignments, which are submitted to your tutor for marking. There is no external examination required.

Awarding Organisation

This course has been accredited under NCFE IIQ Licence by Open Study College which has been approved as an NCFE Investing in Quality (IIQ) centre to give formal recognition to courses. At the end of this course successful learners will be awarded a certificate of achievement by NCFE. The training courses have been designed specifically to meet the needs of learners who prefer to study from home.
