Course Description
The information will provide those workers who are required to attend meetings, or to chair them, with a detailed understanding of the importance of meetings to a business or organisation and the need for all attendees to be active participants. It will identify the factors involved in successfully chairing a meeting and equip those required to do so with the knowledge to do this successfully. Information is also provided on minutes and how to take them.
Objectives:
1. Understand what effective meetings are and why they are important to a business
