Course Description
The NCFE Level 3 Credit Control and Debt Management course describes the methods of controlling credit, investigates methods of credit checking, examines the use of the course and debt management agencies in recovering debt and describes how to collect debt by letter and telephone.

Previous Knowledge Required
The good news is that no prior learning knowledge or experience is essential to take this course. This course is openly available to anyone wishing to learn more about debt management and would like to take part in a highly rewarding home study course. You have the freedom to start the course at any time and continue your studies at your own pace for a period of up to 12 months from initial registration with full tutor support.

Assessment
Each element is followed by a written assignment, which is submitted and marked by your tutor. There is no external examination required.
