Course Description
This material aims to deliver units which support the knowledge and understanding of the Health and Social Care National Occupational Standards (Mandatory units) at Level 2, support the revised Skills for Care Common Induction Standards and Wales Induction Framework, assist career development in health and social care, motivate employees within the industry to succeed.
The objectives of the material are to enable the individual to develop appropriate communication and record keeping skills when caring for individuals, carry out work activities correctly and safely, respond to accidents and emergencies in a care setting, identify own learning needs and address them and develop a commitment to respecting individual’s rights and choices.
