Course Description
The Team Leading material aims to provide learners with underpinning knowledge and an understanding of the broad range of responsibilities involved in taking a supervisory role within the workplace.
The programme's principle objective is to establish the competences that individuals need to maintain and develop in order to carry out their duties. The material is designed for individuals that are team leaders who are primarily concerned with motivating their team members and achieving agreed outputs, with limited authority for deploying resources.
