The BTEC Professional Diploma in Letting and Management Level 4 gives landlords the security of knowing that a properly qualified agent is handling their property and is committed to providing a quality service. The qualification offers practical guidance on everything from vetting a tenant and securing a contract to carrying out an inventory, moving a tenant in and out seamlessly and organising paperwork. It also offers an introduction to the increasingly complex legislation in the letting and management field. BTEC registration fee of £90.00 + VAT is included in course price.
The BTEC Diploma in Residential and Letting Management is a nationally recognised qualification validated by Edexcel as a BTEC qualification. As such, it is a truly professional qualification tailored to the unique requirements of the industry and the professionals who work within it. A lifetime qualification.
The content has been structured to help enhance and broaden student’s existing knowledge of the letting industry,drawing on wherever possible reference to students own experience and practice.

Previous Knowledge Required
Previous academic qualifications will not be relevant to sit the diploma, although students mostly pursue this qualification after graduating from BTEC Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Residential and Letting Management by studying additional modules. Those individuals with several years experience within the profession and with a good working knowledge of the residential letting market will find that their expertise will advance them easily through the diploma and should quickly achieve the qualification.
Support
The Home Study programme enables you to successfully study in the comfort of your own home and within your own permitted time, with access to a personal tutor by telephone or post for assistance and advice whenever you require it.
Assessment
There is a series of written assignments and a final test paper that must be completed at the end of the syllabus. This will cover the entire units within your chosen diploma level, which will add to your final qualification score. Tutors will prepare you for this with mock final test papers at the end of the programme. An agreed venue and date will be arranged for you to take your final test paper.
BTEC registration fee of £90.00 + VAT is included in course price. Exam fee of £55 is additional to this course price.
