Course Description
The material seeks to promote effective communication and relationships within the workplace, while fostering people’s equality and diversity therein. The material represents the cornerstone with which to demonstrate vocational competence within the care sector.
It is a mandatory requirement that the Health and Social Care S/NVQ Level 2 qualification is achieved by 50% of care workers employed within all care settings. The material includes the promotion of effective communication and relationships within the workplace, health and safety, developing one's own knowledge and practice and supporting the care, protection and well being of individuals.
