Course Description
This course provides a practical approach that enables the user to quickly apply the skills and techniques developed in the real work environment, for immediate impact and effect. It is particularly useful for newly promoted team leaders and managers, where it will build knowledge and confidence. This course is completed totally online and therefore no printed workbooks will be required; all your study materials will be available via our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) accessible via the internet. You will be provided with a unique login and password. You will be able to monitor your progress throughout your course on the VLE. Assessment
Assessment throughout the course will be by completing online assignments, answering questions and completing an online end test; for all of these you will get immediate online results and feedback.
