Course Description

Conflict is unfortunately an ever increasing subject both personally and at work. However with the right guidance and techniques you can overcome and avoid conflict in most situations that you could be unwillingly faced with. On the Conflict Management Course, you will learn effective techniques for dealing successfully with anger and hostility.

This programme is designed for people who wish to gain an understanding of principles and practice of Conflict Management. The programme will offer you the skills necessary to mediate and negotiate when faced with conflict and to understand situations from which anger and confrontation can arise. Upon completion of the Conflict Management course, students will have adopted the knowledge to demonstrate five conflict handling styles, demonstrate mediation techniques, understand basic concepts of conflict management and to adopt good listening techniques, to name but a few of the objectives covered in the Conflict Management course.

Our aim is to provide you with the best deal available, therefore registration fee, certification fee and full tutor support is included in the course price for you.

Previous Knowledge Required

The good news is that no prior learning knowledge or experience is essential to take this course.
