Designed for training frontline practitioners new to the CAF, this online training course is derived in part from the learning materials developed by the Children's Workforce Development Council (CWDC) and contains essential information for practitioners and other frontline staff.

This course is studied and completed totally online and therefore no printed workbooks are required; all your study materials are available via our Learner Management System (LMS) accessible via the internet.

Problems are rare but technical help is available by phone.
Assessment
There are quizzes and exercises throughout the course with a formal assessment at the end for which you will get immediate online results and feedback.
