Course Description

Designed for training frontline practitioners new to the CAF, this online training course is derived in part from the learning materials developed by the Children's Workforce Development Council (CWDC) and contains essential information for practitioners and other frontline staff.

  • Internet Explorer 6+ (or Firefox 2.0 or Netscape 8.0) with Flash 8+ plugin installed and Javascript enabled
  • 64Mb RAM
  • 500 MHz or faster processor
  • 8Mb VGA graphics card
  • 50 Mb of free disc space
  • 56k modem, LAN or Wi-Fi internet connection
  • Minimum 800x600 Display

Support

This course is studied and completed totally online and therefore no printed workbooks are required; all your study materials are available via our Learner Management System (LMS) accessible via the internet.

Problems are rare but technical help is available by phone.
