Course Description
The aim of this course is to provide learners with a range of cleaning skills, an understanding of how to develop working relationships with customers and how to work as a part of a team.
This material is aimed at individuals in full or part-time employment either employed in the Cleaning Services Industry or working in the voluntary sector and who are qualified to NVQ Level 1 or have substantial industry experience. This material serves as a natural progression from the Level 1 Cleaning and Support Services material.
These support materials will enable full or part-time learners to demonstarte more specialised knowledge of cleaning practices and techniques. The materials consist of units which include promoting and maintaining service delivery, developing positive relationships with customers and optional units which allow learners to specialise in the type of cleaning they are responsible for.
