Course Description
Cartoons are an excellent way to make learning fun and ideas memorable. Yet many people have a strong belief that they cannot draw. In this lively programme you will find that everyone can draw great cartoons - when you know how.

By the end of the course you will be confidently drawing great cartoons. You will also have plenty of practical ideas for using your drawing skills to get ideas across with impact and make learning memorable.

Previous Knowledge Required
The good news is that no previous knowledge of drawing is required – in fact if you don’t yet believe that you can draw then this course is ideal for you. All you need is to have an open mind and be prepared to have a go.
Support
You are guided through this CD ROM programme by its author, Graham Shaw, an international conference presenter known for his use of fast cartoon drawings. The course is totally contained on the CD ROM and therefore there is no need for printed materials. Once the programme is loaded onto your PC all you need is a paper and pencil to enable you to draw along with Graham. You will be able to play and replay his video demonstrations and animations to help you master the skills. Should you require any technical support our student support team will be pleased to help you.
Assessment
The course is considered to be a self-study guide with the focus on learners being able to enjoy developing their skills and apply them in their own particular ways. There is therefore no assessment required as part of completing this programme.
